4 cups brown flour
1 pkt instant yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup warm milk
Mix dry ingredients together including butter.
Mix milk with eggs and make dough with this mixture.
Leave dough to rise in a warm place.
Once risen punch down and roll into a rectangle, spread 1/3 cup soft butter over dough, sprinkle with zaatar, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and feta. Roll lengthwise and pinch the ends. Cut into small rolls. You should get about 16 rolls. Pack into greased pan, brush with egg and allow to rise before baking.
Optional: cheese can be added to the top when Cinnabon is almost done.
*any other herb of preference can be used in place of zaatar.
