Cheddar melt steak (06.08.15)

Steak and Lamb Meals

1kg steak cut into pieces

2tblsp ground garlic

1tsp aromat

1 tblsp bbq spice

1 tblsp peppered steak spice

1 tblsp steak n chops spice

Marinate steak in all spices. Cook in butter till tender.

SAUCE:

1 punnet mushrooms

1 tblsp garlic

1 tblsp lemon pepper

Salt to taste

1 tblsp maziena

50g butter

250ml fresh cream

1/4 tsp white pepper

Saute mushrooms in butter n garlic. Add spices, mix maziena into cream. Pour over mushrooms, cook sauce till it thickens. Arrange steak in pan n spoon mixture over steak. Sprinkle with lots chedder cheese and grill till cheese melts
