Cheddarmelt steak recipe (22.03.12)

INGREDIENTS
1kg FILLET STEAK THAT HAS BEEN BUTTERFLIED.

MARINATE STEAK WITH THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ TSP SALT
1TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TSP LEMON PEPPER
2 TSP CRUSHED GARLIC
SOME LEMON JUICE
2 TSP WORCESTER SAUCE
CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES TO TASTE

METHOD
COOK STEAK IN A POT WITH GHEE AND OLIVE OIL. BROWN THE STEAKS SLIGHLTY ONCE IT’S DONE.

SAUCE
1 BOTTLE / BOX LONG LIFE CREAM
1 SACHET SPUR CHEDDAMELT SAUCE
1 SLICE GARLIC BUTTER.
BOIL THE ABOVE ON STOVE FOR 5 MINUTES. HEAT STEAK AND POUR SOME SAUCE OVER ADD CHEESE SLICES IF YOU WISH AND POUR SOME MORE SAUCE OVER STEAK. SERVE WITH CHIPS AND A CRUNCHY GREEN SALAD
