Haters Will Be Haters, Just Keep on Smiling

While many are fazed by negative sentiments or criticism, a renowned Islamic scholar has advised Muslims to focus on positive thinking and doing good work.

Mufti Ismail Menk says people should rather smile in the face of negative perception or adversity.

He says people should continue to do good work and uplift others lives by being positive.

“Why do we need to bother what people say in terms of negativity? Forget about them, leave them. It’s their sickness. If someone wants to look at negatives from your positive, it makes them sick, their ill. They are the ones that need help, it’s not me or you that needs help.”

Mufti Menk says “haters will always hate” and encourages people not to be among those that have animosity or ill feelings towards others.
