Lenasia Man Murdered After Fight Between Boys

Faizel Patel, Radio Islam News – 04-09-2017

Police are investigating a case of murder after a 47-year-old Lenasia man was shot following an altercation between two boys.

It’s understood teens from two separate families were arguing when the father of one of the youngsters pulled out a gun and shot the other parent.

The police’s Hector Netshivodza says the motive for the shooting is not clear.

“One of the parents who is 39-years-old pulled out his firearm and shot the victim whose 47-years-old on his both legs. The suspect handed himself to the police on the very same day. Unfortunately later on the victim died in hospital.” (sic)
