People reveal who they are in the very beginning of getting to know each other. Sometimes it is verbally… but often times you have to watch their actions to see if there is congruency. When you stumble upon in-congruencies — hold up and wait. Watch. Do not move forward openly. Deception and manipulation are taking place. You just need to observe if it is a problem because the person is inauthentic, or if they announce themselves to be someone that they are not without even realizing the truth themselves.
