One Child Killed, Another Injured in Lenasia Accident

A 4-year old child has been killed and his 13-year-old brother injured after they were knocked down in Lenasia.

It’s understood the brothers were crossing Flamingo Street when the car ploughed into them this afternoon

It’s unclear if the motorist skipped the robot or not.

Saaberie Chisty’s Aboo Baker Sayed says the exact cause of the accident is being investigated.

“Saaberie Chisty Ambulance attended to the accident scene which was on the corner of Flamingo and Hydrangea. On scene they found two patients injured. Paramedics tried their best to resuscitate the 4-year-old. Unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries and passed on and his brother who is 13-years-old was treated for injuries on scene.”
