SAHUC Invites Returning Hujjaj to Share Hajj Experiences

With Hajj 2018/1439 officially over, the South African Hajj and Umrah Council (SAHUC) has invited returning hujjaj to contact the hajj body about their experiences.

In a statement, Sahuc says grievances, recommendation’s, compliments or complaints that the Hajjis have must be submitted to SAHUC by no later than the 21st of September 2018.

Sahuc says all complaints should be in writing and must be accompanied by contracts and supporting documents.

Or dropped off at any of the SAHUC offices:

  •  SAHUC Gauteng: 81 Crown road, Saley house, 2nd Floor, Fordsburg.
  • SAHUC Kwa-Zulu Natal: 37/41 Mountainview road, NMJ Islamic centre, Office 3, Roseglen.
  •  SAHUC Western Cape: 21 Belgravia road, Wembley centre, 2nd Floor, Athlone.

 

 SAHUC says it will not accept any complaints after the 21st of September 2018.
