Spicy cheddarmelt steak

Ingredients

3 medium sized pieces of tenderised steak

5 Tblsp oil

1 tsp ginger garlic

2 tsp Robertson’s steak and chops spice

1 Tblsp mustard sauce

1 Tblsp tomato sauce

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tsp Packo Masala (Traditional)

1 tsp meat tenderiser

2 tsp olive oil

1 packet Spur Cheddamelt Sauce

 

Instructions

Method

Marinate steak in all ingredients overnight, except the Spur sauce. Preheat oven to 190c. Place steak in medium sized grilling pan lined with baking paper. Cover the pan completely with foil. Place into oven. Grill for 30 to 45 minutes until soft. Remove from oven, remove foil and pour spur sauce over the steaks. Place back into oven, this time without the foil. Grill for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with freshly cut coriander. Ready to serve. Serve with rice, veggies, salad or potato wedges.

Tip: salt not added to this recipe as the steak & chops spice and the sauces already contain salt
