Steers King Shaka Airport Given Go Ahead to Resume Trading

Faizel Patel, Radio Islam News – 06-09-2018

The South African National Halaal Authority says the Steers restaurant in King Shaka International Airport has been given the go-ahead to resume trading after its certificate was temporarily suspended.

Sanha says all conditions including the sanitation process has been complied with by the restaurant.

Sanha suspended the Halaal certification of the non-Muslim owned Steers restaurant at the airport yesterday due to the delivery of pork products.

“All conditions including the sanitation process has been met and the store has been given the go-ahead to resume trading. We thank you for your patience and apologise for the inconvenience during the shutdown.”
