WATCH: Pakistani National Shot Dead in Fordsburg

A 32-year-old Pakistani national was fatally shot in the head on Thursday afternoon in Fordsburg, in central Johannesburg. The incident took place around 12:00 on Thursday corner of Albertina Sisulu and Langerman.

CCTV footage of the shooting, released on Twitter by Yusuf Abramjee, shows the man crossing the street before another man comes from behind and shoots him in the head, he was announced dead by emergency services on the scene.

The motive of the killing is still under investigation, however it has been alleged that he is linked to recent kidnappings, he had just been released on bail recently.
