Dark chocolate or dark cocoa

Beat the mascarpone till smooth
\nAdd the Condensed milk and mix well.<\/p>\n
Add the cream and whip it till soft peaks.<\/p>\n
Divide the mixture in 2<\/p>\n
Add the pistachio paste to half the mixture.<\/p>\n
Start layering<\/p>\n
Plain mixture
\nBiscuits dipped in coffee
\nPistachio mixture<\/p>\n
Continue layering<\/p>\n
Top of with melted dark chocolate or dark cocoa powder<\/p>\n
Top with chopped pistachios\/kunefe with pistachio paste\/dried rose petals.<\/p>\n
Keep in fridge.<\/p>\n
Can be served frozen as well.<\/p>\n
