Caramelise the walnuts<br \/>\n* In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.<br \/>\n* Add the chopped walnuts and sugar; stir until the sugar melts and coats the walnuts, giving a glossy caramel finish.<br \/>\n* Add a pinch of salt while still warm.<br \/>\n* Spread on parchment and let cool\/harden.<br \/>\n2. Freeze the yogurt<br \/>\n* Mix the Greek yogurt with 3\u20134 tbsp of honey (and vanilla extract if using).<br \/>\n* For best texture, use an ice-cream maker: churn according to manufacturer\u2019s instructions (about 8-10 mins) until creamy.<br \/>\n* If you don\u2019t have an ice-cream maker: transfer the yogurt mix to a freezer-safe container, freeze for ~4\u20136 hours, stirring every 45 minutes to break up ice crystals.<br \/>\n3.
