1 kg steak cut 2cm size squares<\/p>\n
1 tsp salt<\/p>\n
2tbs kashmiri chilli powder<\/p>\n
1 tbs dhana jeera<\/p>\n
\u00be tsp black pepper<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp arad<\/p>\n
\u00bd tsp mustard powder<\/p>\n
1 tbs red ginger garlic<\/p>\n
2 tbs brown vinegar<\/p>\n
2 tbs worster sauce<\/p>\n
3 tbs mustard sauce<\/p>\n
4 tbs mayonnaise<\/p>\n
4 tbs bbq sauce<\/p>\n
4 tbs oil<\/p>\n
Wash & soak steak in vinegar water. Marinate steak in above. Then add 1 tbs oil to a pot & heat, (save some marinade for later), I double the recipe for extra sauce. Once the oil is heated add the steak to fry, then add \u00bd cup water and let it cook, add water gradually until soft, once the oil starts coming up, add the remaining marinade let it dry out, if drying out add a little more water.<\/p>\n
Cut 6 large potatoes into neat chips and fry (must not be too crispy) spice with salt, chilli powder & vinegar (must be bit wet so don\u2019t let all the oil drain out.<\/p>\n
Fry 12 slices garlic polony (crispy) Steam then fry 6 sausages cut up each piece into 4. Add the polony & sausages to the steak just before serving.<\/p>\n
Assemble: Add the chips, then the steak sausages & polony, do not pour all the sauce over, set some aside\u2026enjoy with rolls.<\/p>\n
