Now, we explore how to turn everyday acts of worship into conscious, heart-centred devotion — especially during Ramadhan.

Many people perform acts of worship mechanically. They fast because it is Ramadhan. They pray because it is obligatory. They recite Qur’an because it is recommended. Outwardly, everything seems correct, but the heart may be absent. Allah warns about this in the Qur’an:

أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ

“Do they not reflect upon the Qur’an, or are there locks upon their hearts?” (Surah Muhammad 47: 24)

Reflection is key.
