For Rose Ice Cream:
\n400 ml heavy cream or whip cream
\n1 can (400ml)\u00a0sweetened condensed milk
\n3 tablespoons\u00a0rose syrup, or according to your taste
\n1 tablespoon rose water (optional
\nPlace the heavy cream into a large bowl and whisk on a medium speed until soft peak.
\nAdd in the condensed milk and vanilla extract and whisk until combined.
\nAdd rose syrup and rose water and stir well to combine.
\nPour ice cream mixture into a freezer safe tin or container.
\nSprinkle some dried rose petals on top.
\nCover and place in the freezer for 6-\u00ad8 hours, or overnight.
\nScoop out ice cream in a cup or cone.
