Ingredients
\n\u00bd Sweet Chilli Sauce
\n3 tbsp Chilli & Garlic Sauce
\n2 BBQ Sauce
\n2 Tomato Sauce
\n2 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
\n1 tbsp Garlic Paste
\n1 Black Pepper
\n1 tsp Paprika
\n1 tsp Dhania Jeeru (Coriander & Cumin)
\n1\/2tsp Chilli Flakes
\n1tsp Salt
\nJuice of \u00bd lemon Lemon Juice
\n1 tbsp Brown Sugar or Honey<\/p>\n
Optional Extras
\nWorcestershire Sauce \u2013 1 tsp
\nSmoked Paprika \u2013 pinch
\nFresh Rosemary \u2013 for steak<\/p>\n
Method
\nMix everything together in a bowl until smooth and well combined. Pour over chops or steak and massage property into the meat. Marinate for minimum 1 hour overnight for deep flavor. Braai or grill on medium heat so the sugars caramelize without burning. Baste with leftover marinade while cooking for extra sticky, saucy goodness!<\/p>\n
