Bring it to boil till it&rsquo;s cooked for about half an hour, when cool liquidize.<br \/>1 cup chicken fillet (cubed)<br \/>3 tblsp ghee<br \/>1 med onion (grated)<br \/>1 tsp ginger garlic masala<br \/>1 &frac12; tsp ground green chillies<br \/>&frac12; tsp arad<br \/>1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>Fry onion in ghee till done, add masalas and spices and braise thereafter add chicken fillet and cook till done, add weetbix mixture and bring to boil<br \/>1 tblsp ghee<br \/>&frac12;&nbsp; med onion sliced<br \/>3 whole green chillies<br \/>1 tsp jeeru<br \/>Green dhana for garnishing<br \/>Fry onion, green chillies and jeeru till nice and pink, add to haleem and garnish with dhana<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUTTERNUT SOUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 butternut<br \/>1 potato<br \/>Boil together<\/p>\n<p>1 onion<br \/>3 chicken fillet (cubed)<br \/>1 tsp salt<br \/>Green masala and dry dhana<br \/>Make vagaar, braise masala and chicken fillet and cook till dry. Liquidize butternut and potato, add puree to chicken with a tin of coconut milk and some water, boil everything together. Garnish with greens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GINGER SOUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 onion <br \/>3 pieces chicken fillet (cubed)<br \/>1 carrot (cubed)<br \/>1 tsp jeeru<br \/>Little whole black pepper<br \/>Elachie<br \/>Tuj<br \/>1 tsp green masala<br \/>2 Tbsp ginger <\/p>\n<p>Braise masalas and add chicken fillet and carrots, once water is burnt out, add handful of oats, fill water to &frac34; of pot and boil till nice and thick. Garnish with greens and serve with toast.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHICKEN CORN SOUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 liter water<br \/>1 liter milk<br \/>1 tin cream style sweet corn<br \/>3 chicken fillets (cubed)<br \/>Salt and pepper<br \/>Green chillies<br \/>Lemon juice<br \/>1 pkt mix veg soup<br \/>2 tblsp maizena<br \/>250 ml cream<\/p>\n<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Boil milk and water together<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; When boiled add 1 pkt soup and leave to boil until thick.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Separately cook chicken with spices, once chicken is cooked add to soup with sweet corn,<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lastly add maizena paste to thicken.<br \/>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Before serving add cream<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px\">&nbsp;Creamy chinese soup<\/p>\n<p>3 pieces fillet cubed<br \/>1\/2 cup frozen corn<br \/>Oil<br \/>1 tub fresh cream<br \/>1 tblsp green masala<br \/>1 tsp rough dhana<br \/>1 tsp fine jeero <br \/>Little arad<br \/>1 tsp garlic<br \/>Fresh dhania<br \/>1 chillie<br \/>1 pkt macaroni boiled keep aside<br \/>1 onion cut very fine<\/p>\n<p>Take oil chicken nd corn onion fry little then add ur green masala nd all other masala now add 3 cups water nd boil then add macaroni boil again then add ur fresh creamm nd fresh dhana boil as it boils add a chopped up chillie then off ur stove serve hot with ciabata bread<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>COURTESY KHATIJA EBRAHIM<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Weetbix haleem1 &frac12; cups jungle oats6 weetbix2 &frac12; liters waters2 tsp saltSoak weetbix and jungle oats in water and salt.
