Warm ghee, add chicken and cook till done. Serve with veggies like baby carrots, marrows, mushrooms and baby potatoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHICKEN ALA KIEV<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00bd kg chicken fillet<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp salt<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp dry dhana<br \/>\nButter<br \/>\nSlice chicken fillet in half butterfly way, tenderize it with a mallet on both sides. Lay flat on table and sprinkle salt, pepper, dry dhana on 1 side, put a piece of butter on the edge of the fillet, roll fillet tightly like a swiss roll, dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, leave it in the fridge for half a day and fry in shallow oil till done.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nHOOWA SOOKH MOOKH<\/strong><br \/>\n250gr hoowa, cleaned and sifted<br \/>\n100gr badaam (sliced)<br \/>\n2 tblsp khus khus<br \/>\n5 tblsp tal<br \/>\n5 tblsp coconut<br \/>\nRoast everything together in the oven on low heat, combine all the ingredients in a dish and mix well, store in an airtight container, eat approx 2 tsp after meals<\/p>\n<p><strong>AADU PAAK<\/strong><br \/>\n2 cups ghee<br \/>\n2-3 cups fresh ginger (minced)<br \/>\n2-3 cups coconut (minced)<br \/>\n500grams ghor<br \/>\n1 cup chopped almonds<br \/>\n\u00bd cup kajoor<br \/>\n1 cup chopped pista<br \/>\n1 cup honey<br \/>\n1 \u00bd tblsp khus khus<br \/>\n2 tsp aharyo<br \/>\n1 tsp saffron<br \/>\n2 tsp ground elachi<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp ground nutmeg<br \/>\nHeat ghee, add ginger and braise for 2 minutes, add coconut and ghor and stir until ghor is melted, add nuts honey, khus khus and aharyo, braise well on a low heat, lastly add spices.<br \/>\n*more coconut and nuts can be added if desired<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nMOONG DAL VEGETABLE KHICHRI<\/strong><br \/>\nThis dish is rich in protein, carbohydrates, folic acid and fibre.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a01 cup rice<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a01 cup split yellow gram<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03 \u00bd cups filtered water<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00bd cup fine chopped or grated bottle gourd<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00bd cup fine chopped or grated carrot<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00bd tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00bd tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A pinch of asafetida\/hing<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a04 peppercorn seeds<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a01 bay leaf (optional)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a04 cloves (laung) (optional)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a01 tbsp ghee<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Salt to taste<\/p>\n<p>1. Wash the rice and dal well. Mix and soak in water for about 20 minutes.<br \/>\n2. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee and add cumin seeds.<br \/>\n3. When cumin seeds crackle, add asafoetida, bay leaf, peppercorns and cloves.<br \/>\n4. Add chopped\/grated bottle gourd and carrot.<br \/>\n5. Saut\u00e9 the vegetables for a few minutes.<br \/>\n6. Now add rice, dal, turmeric powder and salt.<br \/>\n7. Mix for about a minute or two. Add water to the mixture.<br \/>\n8. Cook the khichri.<br \/>\n9.
