Form long seekh. Put in a pot with little water and olive oil and steam .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce method<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Boil everything pour sauce over kebabs. Put under hot grill to brown. Serve with roasted sesame potato. Roasted sesame potato<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cut 4 potato into wedge par boil \u2013potatoes that have been boiled. In your pyrex add 2tblsp olive oil to it add salt and fine red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">to taste cut some fresh mint toss potato sprinkle sesame seed. Bake in oven<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chicken Roulade<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 kg chicken mince<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp chicken spice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion (chopped)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc\u00a0 tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp garlic flakes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp dhana jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">In a pot mash 2 potatoes, mix with green chutney.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix everything together besides mash, take a piece of foil and on the dull side, pat mince, put mash on 1 end and roll it to close it. Seal nicely with foil and steam till done. Make sauce and pour over once steamed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Juice of 1 lemon<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp tomato sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp worchester sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp chilli sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp aromat<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Boil on low till butter melts. Serve with roulade and grated crisp.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Processes chicken fritters<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Magimix 1 cup chicken fillet, 3 slices bread, 2 eggs, \u00bd\u00a0 cup milk, 1 tblsp green masala,1 tsp salt, 1 tblsp dry dhana, process together. Warm tawa and make fritters. In another pot add butter and lemon juice, toss fritters in there and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Macaroni mozarella kebabs<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd\u00a0 cups chicken mince<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup mix vegetables<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup macaroni (boiled)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Process mix veg, macaroni, 2 red chillies, greens, garlic, juice of \u00bd\u00a0 lemon . Once processed mix with mince and add 3 tbl olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp garlic lemon and parsley seasoning. mix everything nicely together. Cube mozarella cheese and Form mince around it, dip in egg and breadcrumbs. (breadcrumbs, fine vermicelli, tal and dry parsley) fry till golden and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chicken kebab<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">NO 1<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u20221 kg chicken fillet \u2013 cubed in magimix<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022remove from magimix and add the following:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 tsp crushed jeero<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 tsp salt \u2013 you can abit more depending on taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 tsp crushed garlic<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">NO 2<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u20222 onions<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u20221 bunch\u00a0 green dhania<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 green chillies to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 2 slices of bread.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 chop in magimix<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 thereafter mix no 1 and no 2 together in magimix and form into balls.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 fry in deep oil and serve with puri.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2022 kabaab balls can be rolled and frozen. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seekh Kebabs\u00a0\u00bd kg chicken fillet(wash and drain)1 onion2 slices breadSalt to taste\u00bd tsp black pepper1tsp jeeru (cumin) 1 tblsp crush garlic2 tblsp ground almonds2 tablespoon nestle creamGround green chillies to tasteGreen dhania (coriander)Sauce2 tblsp butter Juice of \u00bd\u00a0 lemon2tblsp mayonnaise Method: Magimix everything together.
