Yes you read that part right, potatoes are much more nutritious than people think. As a matter of fact you can live eating mostly potatoes and your health would be fine (don\u2019t panic, you can eat other stuff if you want). Potatoes are an essential part of my daily meals and they should be part of yours as well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">You can get potatoes very easily. You can go to the supermarket or the grocery store and buy as many as you like. You also have the alternative of growing them in your home. The grocery store is very easy but if you are a fan of organic foods or you like rare varieties that are hard to get you should try to grow them. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">You won\u2019t believe the different types of potatoes and the countless potato varieties that exist all the over the world to this day. For cooking purposes, we can say that there are basically six main types: yellow, red, Russet, white, fingerling and blue. Each type has certain characteristics which allow them to be used for specific cooking methods.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Potatoes are delicious and nutritious. They are the base for many hardy meals, and they are delicious in their own right. You can use them to make many favorites, such as potato chips, mashed potatoes, and twice-baked potatoes. Potatoes aren\u2019t just for eating.
