Add to ghee and cook for a while when almost done add tomatoes and cook\u00a0 till completely cooked, allow to cool then add add yoghurt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cube 4 small potatoes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Deep fry in hot oil until crispy, season with red chillies.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tomato cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">When serving, spoon rice on a platter, spoon chicken fillet on top of rice, put potato cubes and tomatoes on the edge, garnish with greens and serve with sourmilk. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Nachos<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 pkt Doritos (any flavour)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Arrange on a platter, mix 1 cup sour cream with 2 tbl mayonnaise, drizzle over doritos, covering most of it, make an onion tomato and cucumber kachoomar, put kachoomar on top of sour cream, cube 1 avacado and throw on top of kachoomar, top with grated cheese, before serving pop in hot oven for few min so cheese melts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Guacamole<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 ripe avacado<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tomato (finely chopped)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc cup sour cream <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp green chilles<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Peel and mash avacado<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Add rest of ingrediets, mix well and serve chilled.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Grilled mochachos chicken<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">6 pieces chicken fillet (butterflied)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd\u00a0 tsp garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp coarse red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp fine red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp bbq spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp white pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp mayonnaise<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 to 4 tblsp Mochachos spice( whichever flavour you prefer)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate chicken with spices for an hour, cook in a pot until almost done, place fillets in a pyrex dish,in the same pot with remaining sauce add 2 tbl mochachos spice with little oil or ghee and put on stove to burn out excess water, drizzle sauce over fillet and grill in oven, perfect for burgers or as a meal served with savoury rice and chips.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Basic tortilla dough<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bc cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00be cup corn flour\/maziena<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Combine the dry ingredients together. Rub the butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Make a soft dough with water<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cover and let it rest for an hour.
