Cook till completely done. Make about 6 rotis, place chicken filling in the center, drizzle with tomato sauce and mayo. Roll stiffly, cut in half, pack in foil containers and its ready to eat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">ROAST CHICKEN<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 chicken <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp roast masala <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp ginger garlic masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Steam chicken in above ingredients. Once steamed, fry chicken in shallow oil, drain on carlton roll. Potatoes can be added. Serve with puri<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">PURI <\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp baking.powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix flour. Baking.powder and salt. Rub butter into flour and make breadcrumbs. Add milk and form soft dough, roll and fry as desired. Serve with roast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Kentucky chicken <\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 chicken cut and washed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Lemon pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Pinch of arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp chicken spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Steam chicken with above ingr&#8230;once cooked, cooled completely, dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
