Let it rise and bake<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">CALZONE FILLING..<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chop 1 onion finely n saute in butter or ghee .<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chop 1\/4 red ,green ,yellow pepper .<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate Chicken fillet cubed for 1 hour in Red masala ,green masala , 1 TBLSPN Pepperdew Paste ,salt n chicken spice and lemon pepper .<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cook till done but not to dry.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Before filling add 2 TBLSPN Cross n Blackwell Chillie Sauce,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">cheese n Chopped Pepperdew.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 kg chicken Mince.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Onion Chopped.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 TBLSPN ghee n oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp Whole jeero.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 TBLSPN green masala.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp Salt.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp Lemon Pepper.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp Blk Pepper.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp origanium.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp Dry Parsley.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tomatoes liquidised.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 TBLSPN tomato Puree.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 Pkt spaghetti boiled.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method: <br \/>make vagaar with onion , jeero ghee n oil , add mince with your spices and cook till done add tomatoes n tomato puree n herbs cook till nice n saucy . Then layer spaghetti,\u00a0 mince , cheese\u00a0 and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">FOCACIA \u2013 ITALIAN FLAT BREAD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">15 ml dried yeast.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">300 ml lukewarm water.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 ml Honey.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">500g white bread flour.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 ml salt.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">45 ml olive oil.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">METHOD<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix other ingredients.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Then add yeast mixture.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">And make Dough.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Roll out thick n bake at 200 for 30 mins<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">TIRAMISU DESSERT <\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 x 250 gr mascarpone cheese.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1x 250 ml Fresh Cream.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Tin Condense Milk Large Tin.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Pkt Boudoir Biscuits.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup Milk.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup Boiling Water.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tsp Frisco instant coffee.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Sugar to sweeten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 Method :<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0Make coffee with boiling water and sweeten with sugar . Dip the Boudoir in this mixture . Whip the fresh cream separately . Then beat the mascarpone and condense milk till smooth .Add the beaten fresh cream to the cheese mixture and add in mixture . Put the biscuits mixture at the bottom of a Pyrex dish , and then pour the cheese n cream mixture on top. Dish ,and then pour the cheese n cream mixture on top .
