Sift together flour, b.powder and cocoa and add alternately with milk to\u00a0 mixture. Put half the cake mixture into a greased cake tin, spread filling on top and place remaining mixture on top of filling. Bake in a moderate until done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 egg whites<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup icing sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">11\/4 cup coconut<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beat whites till stiff, fold in icing sugar and coconut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">CARROT CAKES<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00be\u00a0 cup brown sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp cinnamon<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp bicarb<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp b.powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bc cup cake flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups grated carrots <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc\u00a0 cup chopped pecan nuts<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Preheat oven to 180. Beat eggs brown sugar, and oil together. Add in cinnamon, bicarb, baking powder, cake flour and mix.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Lastly stir in grated carrots and chopped pecans. Scoop into baking pans and bake for about 45 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
