This can also be served with eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><br \/><strong>Crumpets<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 egg<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Pinch of salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beat egg, sugar and add salt, sift dry ingredients into above mixture, add milk and beat well, heat a non stick frying pan and brush with ghee. Drop tblsp of mixture and cook on medium heat. When bubbles appear on the mixture, turn the crumpet over. Serve with choc sauce, fresh cream and strawberries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Brunch omlette <\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 med eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp coriander and cumin powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt and pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc\u00a0 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix together nicely<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Fillings<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Spring onions sliced<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Green chillies sliced<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Onions finely chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mushrooms sliced<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cheese grated<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Heat ghee, pour in eggs and swirl around pan, leave for a few seconds so that egg begins to set. Turn over and add filling of ur choice with grated cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Spinach pancakes <\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 \u00bd\u00a0 cups baby spinach, washed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp b.powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd\u00a0 tsp ground green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp white pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp crushed cumin<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Salt to taste<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Remove stalks from spinach and blend, add remaining ingredients and blend till smooth, <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Add crushed cumin and salt to taste, heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan, pour a ladle of spinach batter and tilt the pan so mixture covers pan evenly, cook until edges brown then toss over, cook for few more seconds.
