Once cooked add a tub of sour cream .Seperately stir fry carrots,peppers n onions cubed with salt ,pepper ,spice for rice n mixed herbs .Mix mince n veggies together.In a pyrex dish put white sauce ,lasagne sheets dont overlap mince ,white sauce ,lasagne n rest of sauce .Grate cheese over n bake till done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Almond chicken cutlet<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg chicken\u00a0 fillet<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 potatoes mashed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp green chillies <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Handful dhania <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp jeero<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp white pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup til<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup coconut <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup badaam almond powder <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp lemon pepper <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\u00a0 tsp salt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Put all together in food processor until well blended.Make balls with wet hands flatten a little n dip in egg n breadcrumbs .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chicken lollies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 kg chicken fillet<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00be tsp salt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp ground garlic <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ground\u00a0 black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ground green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0green Dhania<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 green pepper finely cubed <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup\u00a0 frozen corn<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc\u00a0 loaf brown bread crumbed in processor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Whizz chicken fillet with spices and green chillies n dhania .Add chopped pepper an cut corn n breadcrumbs to mixture n mix well.Put a dash of oil in some water an form lollies (mixture is quite sticky ,this prevents it from sticking) dip in egg n breadcrumbs .Fry in medium oil,so that inside gets done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Boiled Mince Roll<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">500g mince<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 cloves of garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">7 black peppers<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">6 green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp whole coriander<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp cinnamon(ground)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method:<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Pound green chillies,garlic,jeeru and peppers and whole coriander in kundi. Wash mince and drain off all moisture. Grate onion and drain all extra moisture. Fry half of onion in a little ghee,and add to mince. Also add raw onion and all pounded masala&#8217;s and salt. Pat through mincer again. Shape into swiss roll with whole boiled eggs enclosed inside. Wrap in grease proof paper around this and tie off both ends. Place on wire rack and steam over shallow water for 30 minutes. Cut in slices and serve with vegetable.
