Add yeast\u00a0 and make dough with milk. Allow to rise, divide dough into 7 balls, roll out, spread filling fold like swiss roll, slice, spread with egg and tal, allow to rise and bake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Filling<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg chicken fillet (cubed)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 green pepper (cubed)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 red pepper (cubed)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tomato (grated)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Make vagaar with 1 onion, add everything and cook, when filling is almost done add frozen corn and grated carrots, cook until water is burnt out. Make a sauce and add to filling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp maizena<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc tsp black pepper.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Wraps<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp b.powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 tsp kalunjee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Make dough with sour milk, grill on tawa with butter<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Filling<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate chicken with mochachoes spice, dip in southern fry coating and fry fill wrap with chicken salad and mayo, serve and njoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>CHICKEN NAAN<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Dough<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 \u00bd cups Flour. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 level teaspoon salt. 1 packet 10 g instant yeast <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 teaspoon sugar. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Quarter cup oil <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 egg. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00b1 1 \u00bd cup milk(lukewarm)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Filling:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 cups cubed chicken. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 small onion chopped. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 teaspoon garlic. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2-3 teaspoon ground green chillies. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 teaspoon crushed black pepper. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 teaspoon lemon juice. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd\u00a0 teaspoon aromat. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Filling Method:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Saute onion in ghee (Clarified butter),till transperant.
