Once its set turn over and add onion, tomato, mushroom and cheese, fold in half and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Methi Bhaji and Eggs<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 bunches methi bhaji<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tomato chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Pinch of arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Make vagaar with onion and jeeru, when done, braise masala and spices, add bhaji which has been washed and chopped, then add chopped tomatoes and cook till nicely done. Add egg and scramble with bhaji, cut green dhana, spring onions and serve with hot rotis<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Onion and Tomato Eggs<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Braise 1 onion (chopped) with ghee and jeeru, add a sliced green chilli and about 3 cloves garlic to this, once braised add 1 chopped tomato, cook till tomato is done then add 4 whole eggs to this, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid and leave eggs to cook. Once cooked sprinkle with greens. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Option 1: mushrooms or asparagus can be added when making vagaar.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Option 2: tomato mixture can be used for scrambling eggs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Scotch Eggs<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">6 eggs boiled and shelled<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cake flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups chicken or mutton mince<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup breadcrumbs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp ground dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp ground jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp crushed garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Green chillies to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp ground almonds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp cake flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp lemon juice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp freshly chopped dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beaten egg<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Breadcrumbs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Combine all ingredients together in a dish, mix well.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Toss eggs in flour, shake off excess flour, divide mixture into 6 portions, shape each portion of mince mixture around each egg using lightly floured hands.
