Dip in breadcrumbs and fry in med hot oil till cooked through.<br \/>Mushroom sauce<br \/>1 punnet mushrooms (sliced)<br \/>1 tsp black pepper<br \/>Salt<br \/>Butter<br \/>250ml cream<br \/>Melt butter, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and leave to cook till water burns out, add fresh cream and cook till sauce thicken.<br \/>Layer fried chicken in platter, top with mushroom sauce and place sliced cheese on top, pop under grill so cheese melts serve and enjoy<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crisp coated chicken<\/strong><br \/>1 kg chicken fillet<br \/>Marinate in-<br \/>4 tbspl lemon juice<br \/>4 tblsp green masala<br \/>4 tblsp vinegar<br \/>1 tsp salt<br \/>2 tblsp dry dhana<br \/>2 tblsp garlic sauce<br \/>Pinch arad<br \/>crush a small pkt of Mexican chilli, cheese and onion and a plain flavoured crisp. Coat the marinated chickens fillet with crisp, lay in pyrex, grate with cheese, cover with foil and bake till done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crumb soles<\/strong><br \/>1 kg soles<br \/>1 tsp salt<br \/>2 tbl green masala<br \/>4 tbl lemon juice<br \/>1 tbl garlic pepper<br \/>1 tbl fish spice<\/p>\n<p>Marinate soles in above for a few hours. Dip in flour, eggs and crumbs, leave to rest for a few hours, sole can be baked or fried. When baking dot with butter and bake on 180 for about 20 min. Serve with chips and salad or even savoury rice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crumbed mushrooms with dip<\/strong><br \/>I punnet mushrooms washed. Dip each mushroom in cake flour and leave aside.<br \/>2 eggs beaten<br \/>\u00be cup breadcrumbs: to the breadcrumbs add<br \/>\u00bc tsp salt <br \/>\u00bc tsp chicken spice<br \/>\u00bc tsp chillie powder.<br \/>Combine the breadcrumbs with the above spices. Dip mushrooms in beaten eggs and dip in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/><strong>DIP<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<br \/>mix together \u00bd cup each of steers garlic sauce and plain yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Butter kebabs<\/strong><br \/>\u00bd kg chicken mince<br \/>3 slices unsoaked bread<br \/>Green chillies<br \/>Garlic<br \/>White pepper<br \/>Salt<br \/>1 grated onion<br \/>Green dhana<\/p>\n<p>Mix together and add 1\/4 cup oil to the above mixture and mix well<\/p>\n<p>Butter mixture<br \/>1\/4 cup soft butter<br \/>1\/2 cup grated cheese<br \/>1\/2 tsp green chillies<\/p>\n<p>Mix tog and layer in pyrex and refrigerate. Cut butter into cubes and put in the center of each kebab, roll in egg and crumbs, place in foil cups and bake till done. Can be frozen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheese cutlets<\/strong><br \/>ingredients<br \/>1 cup cooked chicken<br \/>1 cup mashed potatoes<br \/>1 cup whole steamed corn<br \/>1 cup spaghetti<br \/>1 cup cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>method<\/strong><br \/>mix all ingredients together and from into cutlets. Dip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
