1 \u00be cups flour<\/span>
1 \u00bd tsp baking powder<\/span>
1 \u00bd tsp bicarb<\/span>
\u00bd cup cocoa powder<\/span>
\u00bd tsp salt<\/span>
2 eggs<\/span>
1 cup milk<\/span>
\u00bd cup oil<\/span>
2 tsp vanilla essence<\/span>
1 cup boiling water<\/span><\/p>\n
Sift together, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, bicarb n salt in a large bowl.<\/span> Mix together with a spoon until combined.<\/span> In another bowl, whisk eggs lightly, add milk, oil and vanilla essence and whisk again until well combined.<\/span> Ad in flour mixture in small portions and whisk until well combined.<\/span> Lastly add boiling water and mix with wooden spoon lightly until smooth.<\/span> Consistency should be runny.<\/span> Pour into a pouring jug with a spout and fill cupcakes cases until \u00be way full<\/span>
Bake in a preheated oven on 180c for 20 \u2013 25 minutes.<\/span> Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.<\/span> Ice with icing of choice.<\/span><\/p>\n
