jeero<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp whole mustard seeds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">a few curry leaves<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 whole green chillies slit in half<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3 medium tomatoes liquidised with 1 tblsp of tomatoe puree<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbslp aamli pulp \u2013 can be made my soaking aamli in a little water then strain out.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp red chillie powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp jeero powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp dhania powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp arad \/turmeric<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp wet seafood masala or any fish masala spice that you desire<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Braise together 2 chopped onions, \u00bd tsp whole jeero, \u00bd tsp whole mustard, and a few curry leaves\u00a0 and green chillies in a\u00a0 pot with ghee\/oil . once onions are light brown add the tomatoes with all the spices except the aamli. add fish slices and cook on a low heat until done. lastly add the aamli pulp and garnish with green
