Garnish with parsley and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Prawns in tomato sauce and coconut milk<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg prawns (cleaned and deveined)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tbl chilli garlic paste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tbl lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp crushed garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tin tomatoes (liquidised)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tbl tomato puree<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl chilli garlic paste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tbl\u00a0 dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 tsp arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tbl coconut milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chopped dhana for garnishing<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate prawns with chilli garlic paste and lemon juice, heat ghee and saute onions, add garlic till golden brown. Add tomato puree and cook for further 5 minutes. Fry prawns in butter for few min, then add to sauce with rest of masala and spices and cook. Add coconut milk and simmer till sauce thickens. Garnish with chopped dhana ad serve with rice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Tasty kingklip<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">500gr kingklip<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl maizena<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl fresh cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 tbl lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Flour for coating<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbl roasted almonds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cut, wash and drain fish, make a paste with maizena, cream, green masala, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Marinate for a while, dip in flour, fry in hot oil. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Make lemon butter sauce with 60gr butter and 2 tbl lemon juice, pour over fish and grill.
