Add 1 pkt 2 min noodles, add chopped greens, mix well and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">PURI DOUGH SAMOOSA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">2 cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">2 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Rub together and make dough with milk. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Filling<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 potato (finely cubed and fried)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00bd\u00a0 kg chicken fillet cooked with salt, lemon pepper, green masala, aromat and lemon juice. Once cooked add in potato and mix well.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Make about 8 balls from dough, roll each 1 out and cut into 4, fill with filling, top with cheese, seal with lai and fry.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Lai.. flour and water made into a paste..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">CHICKEN FILLING FOR PIES<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 kg chicken fillet<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 onion chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">3 tblsp ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">4 tblsp green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp chicken spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00bd\u00a0 tsp mustard powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Make vagaar with onion, add chicken, masala and spices. Cook for a while then add 1 tsp sago which has been soaked in hot water and add to chicken. Lastly add 2 tblsp green chutney, 2 tblsp mustard sauce and little lemon juice, add chopped parsley and fill pies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">SAVOURY PANCAKES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">\u00bd\u00a0 kg chicken fillet (cubed)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Marinate with<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Green masala, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp fresh garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dry dhana, and pinch of arad. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Make vagaar with onion and cook meat till done. Once cooked add \u00bd\u00a0 cup steers garlic sauce to chicken and leave to simmer. When cool add greens, if filling is a bit dry add little white sauce or mushroom sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Pancake<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">2 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1\/2 cup water<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">3 tsp soft butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Beat everything together and make pancakes the size a of side plate. Add filling in the middle and fold like a cushion.
