font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Green tea<\/strong> (clear mouth infections)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 Cup dried leaves<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup boiling water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">add boiling water to dry leaves and let it stand for 5 min. strain and sweeten with honey\u00a0 sip slowly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Linseed<\/strong> (bladder and kidney ailments)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp seeds crushed <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup boiling water <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">add boiling water to crushed seeds and let it stand for 5 min. stir well.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Parsley<\/strong> (acute conditions)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup fresh sprigs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup of boiling water<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">add boiling water to sprigs and let it stand for 5 min.\u00a0\u00a0 sip slowly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Rose and Rosehip<\/strong> (stress, tension, indigestion, insomnia)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup of dried crushed hips<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 cups of water <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">15 min with the lid on<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">top up the water to the 3 cups if it boils away.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Goldenrod anti inflammatory cystitis tea<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup fresh or dried goldenrod flowers<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">pour overs this 1 1\/2 cups of boiling water <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">add 1\/4 cup of lucrene sprigs <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 slices of ginger root<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 pennywort<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">stand minutes strain then add juice of 1\/2 lemon <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva;
