Cook for a while when almost done add mushrroms and let water burn out, then add fresh cream and leave to cook until dry. Add parsley and fill spring rolls.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Rockets<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg chicken fillet<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">To chicken add..<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp crushed garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp lemon pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cubed green pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cook on low heat, when done add a tin of creamstyle sweetcorn and leave to cook, when cooked leave to cool and add the following.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup grated tussers cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup grated mozarella cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup grated gouda cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix cheeses with chicken mixture, fill samoosa pur with this mixture and shape like rocket using lai, make sure edges are sealed, dip in egg and breadcrumbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Calzones<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 pkt yeast<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix everything together and make dough with warm water, when kneading dip hands in oil and knead well. Leave dough to rest and rise in double its size. Roll out small rounds, fill with filling, close, brush egg, sprinkle parsley and bake on 180 till done.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chop 1 onion and braise in ghee. Add 1 kg chopped chicken fillet, add red masala, green masala, 1 tbl pepperdew paste, salt, pepper, chicken spice, lemon pepper add chopped 1\/4 red, green and yellow pepper.
