Soak a few hours n put to boil with a tsp rough sea salt.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">In another pot braise 2 sliced onions in ghee until its pinkish.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Add chicken or beef with bones.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 T ginger Garlic, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar n cook well. Add tomato &amp; spices of choice.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt, chillies, turmeric, ground coriander\/ ground cumin, [I prefer using biryani masala instead of coriander\/cumin for Haleem, recipe in savoury journey express.]<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">SALAD DRESSING<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 full tsp ground garlic, 1 tsp. Pink fine salt, 1 Tblsp. Lemon juice, 1 Tblsp grape or apple cider vinegar, 1 Tblsp. Honey, \u00bc tsp. Black pepper,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup olive oil. Combine all together and stir well.<\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">MINERAL-RICH BONE BROTH<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Heals leaky gut, food intolerances, allergies, joint health, boost immune system, reduces cellulite, improves metabolism &amp; muscle building. If the bones crumble when you try to break, then you know it has leached out all vitamins. When cold, it will be thick like jelly. Pour into small containers n freeze. I use it for gravy in curries or soups or dhals\/Haleems.
