Let mixture cool before adding rose essence<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">KARACHI PURI<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup water<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">500gr fresh coconut (minced)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ground elachi<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Chopped badaam and pista<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Put all the ingredients together in a pot and cook till water burns out. Remove from heat and cool before spreading on dough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Dough<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp b.powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tbl butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">enough sour milk to make dough.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Take flour and b.powder and mix tog, then rub in butter, add beaten egg and sour milk to make nice soft dough. Make 6 balls and roll each one out like thin rotis, spread filling on each one and stack on top of one another. Roll out into oblong shape and spread remaining coconut, fold like swiss roll, cut into slices, place on well greased tray and bake in moderate oven until brown. Remove from oven and immediately lift off baking tray, dip in cold syrup and serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Custard slice <\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">60gram butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4cup castor sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp vanilla essence<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd\u00a0 cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beat together milk, eggs and vanilla essence&#8230;.beat in sugar, butter and baking powder. Make dough with flour; make 6 Roti&#8217;s n bake.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Custard<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 large tin condense milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Empty tin in to pot and fill tin with water 3 times and add to pot. In 1\/2 tin of water add 9 desert spoon of custard Powder. Make the water and condense milk hot and add in the custard mixture boil till thick&#8230;now colour the custard to your choice.
