Add greens and serve with steamed veggies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Savoury chops<br \/> <\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 kg lamb chops<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp red ginger\/garlic masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/4 cup lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp dry dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/2 tsp fine black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/4 tsp arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/4 cup water<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Marinate chops with above and cook till done, then make batter with <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 cup self raising flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 small onion and tomato (grated)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tbl tal<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 egg<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/2 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/2 tsp red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Chopped greens and water as required.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Make batter with above ingr and add enough water to make bajya batter, dip each chop in batter and fry in a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Roast masala<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Can be used for steak, chops, chicken, fish and prawns.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/2 kg whole red chilles, soaked in hot water.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1\/2 kg garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Drain water from chillies and add 2 cups white vinegar to chillies and leave overnight, next day grind chillies with vinegar, garlic and <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 cup coarse jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 cup rough salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 small tin tomato puree <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 small bottle egg yellow colouring <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Mix everything together and masala will be ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Crumb lamb chops<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 kg lamb chops<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 2 tbl ginger garlic masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp jeeru powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp dhana powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp mustard powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp lemon pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tbl vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tbl mayonaise<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 tsp red chillies <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Wash and drain chops, then marinate in above mixture, lay evenly in a wide heavy botton pot, cook with half cup water till done, leave to cool&#8230;take 1 cup breadcrumbs, 3 eggs and leftover sauce from pot. Coat each chop in crumbs and lay on a tray, sepereate whites from yolks, whisk whites till stiff, add the yolks and leftover sauce and whisk further, dip each crumb chops into egg mixture and fry on meduim heat till golden brown.
