Enjoy<\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">AVOCADOE\u00a0 AND STRAWBERRY<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 packet of mixed lettuce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">A handful of strawberries<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cucumber slices<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 avo sliced<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">A handful roasted pine nuts or any other nuts<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Handful raisins<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter then arrange cucumber, sliced strawberries n sliced avo sprinkle the nuts n raisins <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Make a dressing with salt,pepper,pinch of sugar,lemon juice n olive oil drizzle over salad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>CUBED MANGO<\/strong>..\u00a0 Cubed pineapple and some colour peppers..\u00a0 Can julienne..\u00a0 No amounts but u can estimate for about 3cups mango I&#8217;d say one cup pineapple and half cup pepers..\u00a0 Sprinkle nice amount of methi masala on it.. And put sweet chili sauce.. Then make wagar with mustard seeds and curry leaves.\u00a0 Give it a good stir..\u00a0 Enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>WALDORF SALAD<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 red apples- cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cucumber- de seeded and cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup peacans &#8211; chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 ring feta &#8211; cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Combine in a bowl<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Dressing:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup creme fraich or sour cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cup mayo<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1T sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1T vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp fresh ground red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Fresh ground pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/4 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Whisk and add to above. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Shred lettuce leaves and line a bowl.
