My oven is a thermofan so it bakes in about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">BOUNTY CAKES<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">125g butter <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup castor sugar <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 egg yolks<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp vanilla essence <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 n half tsp baking powder <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 Tblsp cocoa<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3\/4 cup milk <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Filling<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 egg whites <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Half cup icing sugar <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 n quarter cup coconut <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Add sifted dry ing and milk. For the filling beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in coconut and icing sugar.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Pour half batter into greased pan. Add filling and top with remaining batter. Bake at 180 until done. Decorate as desired.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">CINNABON CUPCAKES<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">125g butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup brown sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp bicarbonate of soda<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup plain yoghurt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 and half cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup self raising flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup chopped pecans<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">100g grated dairy milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3\/4 cup brown sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp cinnamon<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Topping:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 tub cream cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3\/4 cup icing sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">120g butter<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Add eggs one at a time.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Then add yoghurt and dry ingredients.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Fill muffin tins 1\/4 way with batter then sprinkle filling,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;
