Salt n black pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients n form into balls.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Flatten &amp; roll in breadcrumbs. Dip in egg n fry in shallow oil. Freezes well.<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>SEEKH KEBABS<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd kg chicken fillet(wash and drain)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 slices bread<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp jeeru (cumin) <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp crush garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp ground almonds<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tablespoon nestle cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ground green chillies to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Green dhania (coriander)<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp butter <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Juice of \u00bd lemon<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp mayonnaise<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">METHOD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Magimix everything together. Form long seekh.
