Boil for five minutes once it starts boiling. Remove from heat. Add milk powder mixture. Mix well. Allow to set. Pipe or decorate as desired. Can add a few drops of rose essence if desired<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>CHANA MAGAJ<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 30 g butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Quarter cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Heat and sprinkle over 500g chana flour. Rub between hands and form a sand like texture.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Braise this mixture in one and a half cups of solid ghee. Braise over medium heat until its light brown<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Then remove from heat. Allow to cool. Add half cup of Nespray milk powder, 1 tsp elachie powder, half cup chopped toasted almonds and 300g icing sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Mix well. Form into squares or decorate as desired<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>GULAAB JAMUN<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 250g Nespray<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 2 tblsp semolina<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 2 tbspl ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 2 tblsp flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Quarter tsp elachie powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> 2 tblsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> milk to form dough.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Rub ghee into dry ingredients. Mix everything together. Add enough milk to make a dough. Roll into small marble sized balls and fry in medium hot oil until nicely browned. Add hot jamuns to warm syrup.
