Drain oil and allow to cool.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Crush onions and add half of it to rest of spices.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Add this to chicken together with sour milk and marinate overnight.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Grill over hot coals and set aside<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">PREPARE SAUCE AS FOLLOWING..<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">100g butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">125ml fresh cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">125ml sour cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Half a tsp powdered yellow color<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">3 chopped green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">2 tsp crushed garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">2 chopped tomatoes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">3tblsp lemon juice<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\"><strong>Half box SHAN TANDOORI CHICKEN\/BBQ MIX<\/strong><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">METHOD<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\">Bring sauce ingredients to boil. Boil until thick and it starts scorching.
