Add oil and salt to this, masala will then be ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">GREEN MASALA (1):-<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg green chillies (depending on how strong the chillies are)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix together, grind till fine, this will now be ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">GREEN MASALA (2):-<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 kg garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg green chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">About 8 bunches green dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd kg whole jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp raw peanuts<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp coconut<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 bunches spring onions<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd cup white vinegar or lemon juice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"> Magimix everything together, when done add a handful of rough salt and about \u00bd cup oil to mixture. This mixture must be frozen immediately as it tends to turn black when left out for long. Masala will be ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">ROAST MASALA \u2013 can be used for steak, chops, chicken fish, prawns:-<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd kg whole red chillies soaked in hot water<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">500 grams garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Drain water from chillies, add 2 cups vinegar to chillies and leave overnight.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Next day grind chillies (with vinegar) and garlic and add&#8230;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup rough salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 small tin tomato puree<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 small bottle egg yellow colouring<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix everything together, masala will be ready to use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Fish masala recipe<br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">A Handful of red whole chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">12 to 15 cloves of garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp dhana<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp whole jeeru<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp olive oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">5 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Few sprigs curry leaves<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 small tomato (grated)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Soak chillies in hot water. When soft, wash and drain. Liquidize everything together.Marinade is ready.
