Dip in egg and bread crumbs and freeze!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM MOONS<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Filling<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">4 pieces chicken fillet cubed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp salt <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp aromat<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp robertsons chicken spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp grounded chillies <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp black pepper powder <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 green pepper cubed <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tin creamstyle corn <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tray mushrooms(cleaned and steamed with salt and pepper)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tub fresh cream <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp knorr pepper sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp knorr mushroom sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Grated cheese<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Braise chicken in ghee- add spices- add green pepper and creamstyle corn-add mushrooms- make a paste with the flour\/pepper sauce\/mushroom sauce and water and add to the chicken- add freshh cream- when cool add grated cheese! Must be dry and thick!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">CHEESE MOONS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">leeks or onions, creamstyle corn, equal amounts of cheddar, tussers and mozarella cheese[all grated] <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">slice leeks and saute in little butter or ghee, add salt, green masala. Braise lightly. Then add the corn, simmer till dry and thick. Let it cool completely. Then add the cheeses. Filling mustn&#8217;t be too wet or too dry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>VEGETABLE MOONS<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 shredded baby cabbage<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 grated onion[remove all the water]<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 shredded green pepper[colours are optional]<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup corn<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Grated carrots<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Boiled rice noodles<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mushrooms [optional]<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Stir fry the veggies in oil, add 1 tbls aromat, salt, pepper, green masala. Let it cool.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Boil together:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tbls butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup milk<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tbls maziena <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">When cool~Add salt, pepper, green dhania, spring onion, equal amounts of cheddar and mozarella cheese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">METHI BHAJI MOONS<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups flour<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp ghee<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 heaped tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 bunch methi bhajie finely chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">A little fresh dhania finely chopped<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 med potatoes boiled and mashed<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup lukewarm water and milk mixed together<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">METHOD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Mix together flour, ghee baking powder, methi bhajie, salt, dhania and mashed potatoes.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Make dough with milk and water mixture&#8230;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Divide dough into 5 balls and roll each ball into a roti.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Smear roties with melted ghee then stack up and roll into 1 big rotie<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cut into rounds and fill with filling of choice, chicken, mince or potatoe and seal.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">You can seal edges with flour and water paste. Fry in medium to hot oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">PEPADEW AND CREAM CHEESE MOON FILLING<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2kg cubed chicken fillet <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1onion cubed fine<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 tsp lemon pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp Ina Parmans garlic pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">green masala to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">crushed garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 heaped tsp paprika<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp jeero<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tsp freshly ground black pepper 1tub cream cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cook onion in ghee \/oil till soft add crush garlic. Add chicken and rest of the ingredients. cook until almost done. add 1 tomato finely cubed and 1\/4 cup chopped peppadews. cook till water burns out.
