Roll out small rotis. Make like Samoosa pur . Smear ghee and sprinkle maziena. Make one big roti . Cut out squares. Put laai . Fill mince. Close and fry<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong> CROISSANT PIES<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">125g butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tablespoon castor sugar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup sour milk <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 eggs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">8 tsp baking powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Flour as req +\/- 3 cups or a little over flour. <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Method<\/strong> <br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Beat sugar and butter. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">In a separate dish mix sourmilk, egg and baking powder beat with beater and while beating add egg and sugar.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Let sour milk mixture foam a little then add to butter and sugar there after add cake flour as req.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Dough should be fairly soft. Manageable to roll.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Make 8 balls. Roll each ball round and cut 8 triangles from round.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Put filling of your choice. Roll like croissant.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Brush beaten egg. font-size: 12pt;\">1 tblsp butter<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">1 egg beaten <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Cornflake breadcrumbs<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 12pt;\">Samoosa purr<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;
