KHATIJA EBRAHIM<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>SALT AND PEPPER MUTTON<\/strong> <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Marinate 1 kg mutton with the following ingredients:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp Nandos Pepper Sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp sour cream<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">White pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Black pepper <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblps green masala<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Lemon pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Garlic pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tblsp fresh garlic<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp vinegar<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tblsp white onion soup and about 3 tblsp olive oil<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Cook till done then add a few blobs of butter -serve with veggies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">LAHORI CHOPS<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg chops<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp ginger garlic paste<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc tsp turmeric<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp crushed red chillies<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd tsp chilli powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbsp tomato sauce<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbsp chilli sauce of your choice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tbsp lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd tsp steak and chops spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc tsp black pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add all spices to chops and let it marinate for few hours. Heat pot add 2 tab of ghee and add 4 cloves garlic (cut up). Braise till garlic turns pink and throw in chops. Cook until chops are tender.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Stir fry to add to chops:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 onion<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 green pepper<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tomatoes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">*Cut the above in rings<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 green chillie<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc tsp turmeric<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 tsp chilli powder<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Heat frying pan add all the above ingredients and cook in butter until soft.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Dish out chops on platter and then the stir fry on top. Drain<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">In the same oil\u2026 Braise..The following<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 grated onion<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">when onions turn pink add<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 tsp dhana jeero<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Arad<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Roasted poppy seed and jeero <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Braise for 1 minute<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 large chopped tomato<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4 tbls yoghurt<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Simmer for 5 minutes<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Add chopped mint leaves and coriander. Then add marinated mutton, half of the fried onions, with a little water.
