Once meat is nice and tender add 3 tblsp worster sauce and \u00bc 1b Butter. Leave to cook till nice and brown. Before serving, sprinkle with black pepper and serve with veggies<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ROAST LEG \/ FILLET STEAK<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 cup tomato sauce &#8211; 2 tsp green masala chillies &#8211; Salt &amp; freshly ground pepper to taste &#8211; 1 tblsp Dhana &#8211; 1 tblsp Jeeroo &#8211; Pinch saffron &#8211; Juice of 1 lemon &#8211; 2 tblsp ginger garlic.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mix all above ingredients together \u2013 and then marinate the meat overnight. Cook in a POT until tender. Add more water if necessary until done. Use the sauce of the marinade to moisten the meat while cooking. Serve with corn, fried mushrooms and cubed fried potatoes, and garlic pita bread.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">LEG ROAST<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Full leg <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Marinade : <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon garlic <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon ginger <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon red masala <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 tablespoon Robertson BBQ spice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon steak and chops spice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon black pepper <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon garlic and herb <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon crushed red chillies <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 \u00bd teaspoon dhana powder \/ crushes dhana <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd teaspoon whole jeera seeds <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Salt to taste <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon vinegar <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon Worcester sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sauce : <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 tablespoon steers peri <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 tablespoon tomato sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon mustard sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 tubal steers garlic sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 tablespoon steers BBQ sauce <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 teaspoon lemon juice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Method<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Marinade leg over night for flavor to sink in with all the spices . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Add the leg into a pressure cooker with some water and give it 4 to 5 whistles ( if you don&#8217;t have a pressure cooker , cook in a large pot until soft and tender ) add water if necessary . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Do this 30 minutes before serving . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In a huge Pyrex dish add the cooked leg pouring all the sauce over the leg , add some blobs of butter and let in cook in a preheated oven until the sauce starts to simmer .<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">STEAMED ENGLISH VEGETABLES TO SERVE WITH ROASTS<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sweetcorn<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Carrots<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Butternut<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sweet potato<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Baby marrrow<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Robot peppers<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Method:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Steam veggies with salt, pepper and butter till half way steamed.
