Mix all ingredients together and put through food proccessor<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">2. Make deep slits to the chicken<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">3. Apply masala all over chicken<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">4. Add a little ghee to a pot. Allow it to sizzle 5. Add chicken and cook on medium heat until well done (keep chicken moist)<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> SAUCE<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 dark red pepper (medium size)<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 ripe tomato<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/2 cup of tomato puree<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/4 cup sour lemon <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 level dessert spoon fine salt (as required) <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 dessert spoon chicken spice<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 dessert spoon shaan chicken tikka spice <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 dessert spoon fine red chillies (more for stronger flavour) <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon white pepper <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon thyme (optional) <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/3 cup of melted butter <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">1\/3 cup of water<br \/><\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"> METHOD<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Mix all ingredients together. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Cook mixture on medium heat for approx 6 to 7 minutes (until mixture is well blended). <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Add mixture to the cooked chicken. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Allow to simmer for about 6 to 7 minutes and serve.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Alternatively <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
